DELIVERY TIME:
1. After the order has been placed, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will call for confirmation and then the order shall be processed.
2. Delivery is done within 48-72 hours nationwide and within 24-48 hours in Karachi from the confirmation time.
3. You can inquire about the status of your order by tracking your order number from our Track Your Order section of the website.
4. If the order total is below Rs. 4999/- then delivery charges will be Rs. 250/-
5. The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 1-2 working day for Karachi and 2 to 3 working days for other the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.
6. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number for a timely delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. For cancellation of Prepaid orders, please contact us within 24 hours after order placement.
2. For cancellation of Cash on delivery orders, please notify our team during call confirmation or automated confirmation system via sms or web.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
1. We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above Rs. 4999 within Pakistan.
2. For orders below Rs. 4999, standard delivery rates Rs. 250/- will be charged.

1. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.

Tech Hunk Official 13 Months Warranty
General Warranty Guidelines
- The Tech Hunk warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the Tech Hunk products only and is non-transferable.
- The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product only with no refund policy.
- After the customer has filed our warranty claim form, our complain department representative will contact you as soon as possible. click here for the warranty form
- If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 6 hours of receiving your product with a complete video of the parcel and the product. Our customer service team will give further instruction.
- Do not accept any parcel without Tech Hunk Official Branded Flyer and also ensure that the shipment has not already been tempered or taped. It should be completely sealed. Tech Hunk is not responsible for any coverage if the customer receives the shipment as described above.
- Proof of purchase is required to be presented for availing warranty services (Airwaybill or invoice)
- The warranty shall begin from the date of shipment delivered.
- Incase of replacement or repairs, Customer has to send the product to our Head Office on their expense. (Address: Suite No. 406, 4th Floor, CTC Office Tower, Block 8 Clifton, Karachi)
- Tech Hunk warranty coverage shall be limited only to provide repairs & rectification of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be done with an equivalent condition device only, with or without packaging & accessories.
- While Tech Hunk will make every effort to carry out repair or replacement at the earliest, we would like to make it expressly clear that the we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
- Tech Hunk shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Tech Hunk products.
- Tech Hunk shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of Tech Hunk products nor will be able to provide any repairs or replacement for such issues.
Tech Hunk Warranty Is Not Applicable In Any Of The Following Cases:
- The product is not operated according to the instructions given in the instruction manual.
- Serial number mismatch of product & product box will not be entertained in warranty claim.
- In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage.
- This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason.
- Deterioration or peeling of the color of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage.
- Issues pertaining to look & feel of the product, dim display under sunlight, low sound quality due to accumulation of dust or dirt.
Tech Hunks TH Pods with 1 Year + 1 Month Official Warranty
- All TH Pods variants are applicable to a 3 Months Replacement warranty and 1 Year + 1 Month Repairable Warranty subject to the general guidelines mentioned.
- Customers will only pay the service charges of Rs. 1,000 after the lapse of 3 months. Engineering cost, parts costs, delivery charges for sending the product back to the customer, and any other cost will not be charged during the 1-year + 1 month warranty period.
- If any colored internal or external components are to be replaced, there will be an effort to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer's unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer's request will be on a chargeable basis except the component replaced under warranty.
Tech Hunks TH X Prime Smart Watch 6 Months Official Warranty
- TH X Prime is applicable to a 1 Month Replacement warranty and 5 Months Repairable Warranty subject to the general guidelines mentioned.
- Customers will only pay the service charges of Rs.1,500 after the lapse of 1 month. Engineering cost, parts costs (battery), delivery charges for sending the product back to the customer, and any other cost will not be charged during the 5 months warranty period.
- LED and Board are not included in the service charges. They will be charged separately for an amount of Rs. 3,500 if the problem is of the mentioned parts.
- If any colored internal or external components are to be replaced, there will be an effort to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer's unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer's request will be on a chargeable basis except the component replaced under warranty.
Tech Hunks TH Crystal, TH MuteX, TH Flick, TH Nano & TH Sonic 6 Months Official Warranty
- Tech Hunk's Earbuds Lineup mentioned above are applicable to a 1 Month Replacement warranty and 6 Month Repairable Warranty subject to the general guidelines mentioned.
- Customers will only pay the service charges of Rs. 1,500 after the lapse of 1 month. Engineering cost, parts costs, delivery charges for sending the product back to the customer, and any other cost will not be charged during the 5 months warranty period.
- If any colored internal or external components are to be replaced, there will be an effort to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer's unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer's request will be on a chargeable basis except the component replaced under warranty.
All other products
- All Products except for Tech Hunk's Own Manufacturing Products are applicable for a 7 days Replacement Warranty subject to the general guidelines mentioned.
- In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock, another model of the equivalent price will be offered. The customer will not be eligible for a gift card or refund and warranty will continue as per previous product purchase date

Pricing and acceptance of order
It is the right of Tech Hunk to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may be asked for further information (not just limited to the phone number and the address) before we accept your order.
(In terms of payment via credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to get further verification regarding identification, personal information, the residence, place of delivery and the ability for the use to make the payment by the user (like banking information). The inability or the lack of provision of such information may lead to Telemart cancelling your order immediately. If there is doubt or suspicion regarding fraudulent activity and misuse of credit card or debit card to make a payment for the purchase of product will also lead to the possible cancellation of the order immediately.)
It is our duty to provide the information posted on the website as accurately as possible. However, there might be errors, such as the product being mispriced. It will be our top priority to make the corrections as soon as possible. However, Tech Hunk reserves the right of refusal and cancelation of an order at any given time for which we may or may not inform you. We have the right to cancel or refuse delivery even if you have paid in case the product is mispriced or not showed correctly, we will compensate for the charged credit card price in case the order is cancelled or refused.
Related To Termination
Tech Hunk reserves the right to revoke all customer rights without prior notice to the customer. Tech Hunk also reserves the right to terminate all the conditions and terms under the terms and conditions without prior notice to the customer. Following this act or termination of such agreement, you will immediately discontinue the usage of the website for any purpose and we will revoke all passwords and account identification which had been issued through our website to you and we will deny you any access to the website for any purpose thereon. The application of this section does not apply to the confirmed payment obligation and agreement obligations of any of the parties which were made prior to the act of termination. By using this website, your consent is implied that Telemart or it’s website is not liable for any loss or damage caused due to this termination or act of suspension to you or any other person
A few more things to keep in mind
Our products do not have a replacement policy. Instead we have checking warranty of 4 days on products which do not have company warranty but on products which have company warranty, the 4 days checking warranty from Tech Hunk does not apply. Sale and discounts might be on selected items and for selected units of a particular product and if the selected discounted units are sold or are not available, then the discount would not apply to it even if new units of the same product are in stock. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions then you must not use this website for any purpose.
Refund Process
If your pre-paid order is canceled due to unavailability of the product or any other reason pertaining to Tech Hunk, you shall be entitled to a full refund by Tech Hunk which shall be processed and executed within 7 to 10 Days.
Payment Policy:
Tech Hunk can change the price of the ordered, the price fluctuation can be due to currency devaluation, shortage of product or any other unforseen incident. In such case Tech Hunk will let the customer know the new price and if the customer agrees then only Tech Hunk will dispatch the product.
